Instead of compromising, they took matters into their own hands. And just like that, Pink Maven Media was born.

What started as a simple idea—creating a cozy, chic space for women to record podcasts and create content—quickly turned into a thriving hub for female creators, entrepreneurs, and visionaries who want a space that’s designed with them in mind.

Meet Claudia

Meet Claudia Aceves, a powerhouse in the beauty industry with over a decade of experience as a Master PMU Artist, Educator, and Master Esthetician. Claudia’s passion lies in empowering women to thrive financially through their crafts, and she’s a strong advocate for advanced education to elevate skills and build confidence.

As one of the dynamic co-founders of Pink Maven Media, Claudia brings her expertise and creative flair to the studio, ensuring it’s a nurturing space where women can unleash their creativity. She also hosts a couple of her own podcasts, sharing her insights and inspiring stories to connect with fellow creators and entrepreneurs.

Her unwavering motivation comes from being a devoted mom to three energetic boys, inspiring her to create opportunities for other women to shine. Alongside her husband, she thrives on launching new ventures and exploring innovative ideas. When she’s not bus building her business at Vanidosa Beauty Studios or inspiring others, you’ll find her lost in a good book, always on the lookout for inspiration to bring back to the Pink Maven community.

Meet Erika Radis, a residential real estate agent, entrepreneur, podcaster, office supply enthusiast, and proud working mom. With a deep passion for helping women in business build meaningful connections and grow, Erika is dedicated to creating an empowering environment at Pink Maven Media that inspires collaboration and creativity.

As a co-founder of Pink Maven Media, Erika brings her vibrant energy and “everything is figureoutable” mindset to the studio, ensuring that every woman who walks through the door feels supported in her creative journey. She believes in the power of community and strives to provide a nurturing space where women can connect, share ideas, and elevate their crafts.

When she’s not busy facilitating connections or recording her latest podcast episode, you can find Erika at a Working Moms of San Antonio event or spending quality time with her husband and daughters, always on the lookout for new adventures and inspiration to fuel her mission of empowering women in business.
